View failed filter terms

When a filter job displays "Filtering job <name> has failed", the system automatically generates a report that you can download. This report provides information about any failed keyword hits. The Failed Search Term report contains two tabs:

• Failed Term Report shows summary information about the filter job where the failure occurred.

• Failed Term Report Detail provides information about the search condition that failed and the reason for the failure.

Perform the following procedure to view failed filter terms.

1. In Jobs Overview, go to a Filter job where a failure occurred on the job and click .

2. When the FailedSearchTermReport.xlsx report appears in the lower left corner of the page, double-click it to the file in Excel.

3. Click the Failed Term Report Detail tab to find information about the failed search condition and reason for failure.
